  Let me start by saying the woman manager who took our order was very nice and accommodating this visit, but that's not normally the case. Every since the GM changed this place has become a very sad sad KFC.
  
  The dining room was filthy, no tables were wiped off. Floors were greasy (which I'd expect in the kitchen, but not the dining room) EVERY single booth has been ripped or looks like they've been slashed with a knife. The buffet (if you can call it that) only had like 2 pieces of chicken to choose from, and was really dry. Before this visit, we hadn't visited KFC for at least 3 months, and it will probably be another 3 months before we go back.

  The staff was really nice. I am giving it a low rating because they don't have healthy choices such as grilled chicken on the menu. Very disappointed. I know grilled chicken is an optional item for the KFC restaurants, but from now on we will be going to those locations who carry it.
